Holmbergs was founded in 1938 in Sweden and has since then grown into an international organization with production facilities in Lithuania, Hungary, Hong Kong and China. The company started manufacturing components for seat-belts as far back as the 1950s. As a fast growing organization we have complete development teams on two continents and design all our products in strict cooperation with the best independent test institutes. Our product range from harness systems for child seats to advanced retractor- and Isofix solutions. Over the years we have developed a lot of innovative and reliable products which have won awards and save lives every day. Someone has to take a lead and show the way, in terms of both development and quality. And that is precisely what Holmbergs is all about. In January 2018, Holmbergs acquired Austria based Fasching Safety Belts GmbH, which is a leading provider of safety belts for the bus and motor coach industry.
